Subject: new software for testing

There's a couple of bits of software on the babel mount
that are ready for testing, !Browser, and a new version of
Onmiclient.

The copy of our Browser that's in

art-work   /export/home/babel.Phileas.Software.TestBrowser

has been set up to use Paul's machine as a proxy cache, so it
would be useful if the set up can be retained in order to 'thrash
the cache'.

!Omni is an improved version, that has some useful new major
features, such as IP connection to NT Server, but also has
some cosmetic changes that have been introduced as the result
of whinges from us - like being able to automatically mount
servers without opening filer windows etc. It's in
